APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are recommended for salon and spa service. Please contact your service provider or select from our list of salon and spa specialist. Most appointments can be made online or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.  


BE PUNCTUAL

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. All scheduled appointments are set according to our specialists’ availability and beauty service being given. If you are running late, please let your beauty expert know and they will do their best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. For all cancellations we request a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.


CELL PHONES

Help us preserve a quiet space for everyone. Please keep cell phone use the spa area to a minimum.


GIFT CARDS

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. Purchase your gift card online and it will normally be mailed to you or your recipient within 48 hours. NOTE: Please check with your service provider (not all service provides accept Aspen Gift Cards).


GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests and are always greatly appreciated.


PAYMENT

All payments are to made directly to your service provider. Most service providers accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Some do not accept personal checks. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
